High resolution tracking of kinesin motors using germanium nanospheres

Project description
You will work with kinesins and microtubule associated proteins that are involved in transport or cell division.  Using purified components and reconstituted assays, you will perform ultraresolution tracking, single-molecule localization and force measurements to decipher how these molecular machines fulfil their cellular function.
